These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website AngeloGodshackXXX.com and all of its subdomains and services (the “Website”), operated by Godshack production, s.r.o., Company Registration No. 118 34 668, with registered seat at Dlouhá 730/35, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.

1. Eligibility and age restriction

The Website contains sexually explicit, adult-oriented material intended solely for consenting adults. By using the Website you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you access the Website, whichever is higher;
• you have successfully completed our age-verification process where required;
• viewing adult content is legal in the jurisdiction in which you reside and from which you access the Website;
• you are not offended by nudity or explicit depictions of sexual activity;

6. Content standards and zero-tolerance policy

All content published on the Website depicts consenting adults aged 18 or over at the time of production, in accordance with our 18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual content, content depicting or promoting human trafficking, and any other illegal content, as set out in our Content Moderation Policy, Anti-Trafficking Statement and CSAM & Illegal Content Procedures. Any person who believes content on the Website is illegal or violates these standards may report it as described in our Content Removal Policy.

7. User accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Payments and billing

Paid access and subscriptions are processed by our authorised third-party payment processor (Epoch). Prices, billing cycles and any recurring charges are disclosed at the point of purchase. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled by you in accordance with the instructions provided at purchase or on our Billing Support page. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Content Removal, Billing Support and the payment processor’s applicable policies.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.

10. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or where required by law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
