Content Removal

Godshack production, s.r.o. (the “Operator”), operator of AngeloGodshackXXX.com (the “Website”), takes complaints about content seriously. This policy explains how to request the removal of content, how we assess requests, and the timescales involved.

1. Who may submit a request

Anyone may submit a complaint or removal request, including a person depicted in content, a copyright owner, a member of the public, a partner, a payment processor or an authority. Persons depicted in content and reports of illegal content are given priority.

2. How to submit a request

Send your request to support@angelogodshackxxx.com with the following information:

• the URL(s) or a clear identification of the content concerned;
• the reason for the request (e.g. non-consensual content, depiction of a minor, copyright infringement, privacy, other illegality);
• if you are depicted in the content, a statement to that effect;
• your contact details so we can respond (requests may also be made anonymously where the concern is illegality).

3. Priority handling of urgent reports

Reports of child sexual abuse material, non-consensual content, or content depicting trafficking or violence are treated as urgent. Such content is removed or disabled immediately on a precautionary basis pending review, and is handled under our CSAM & Illegal Content Procedures.

4. How we assess requests

Each request is reviewed by an authorised member of the Operator’s team. We check the reported content against our Content Moderation Policy, our 18 U.S.C. §2257 and consent records, applicable law and the rights asserted. We may contact you for further information.

5. Timescales

• Urgent reports (CSAM, non-consensual, trafficking, violence): content removed or disabled immediately, typically within 24 hours of receipt, pending review.
• Standard requests (including copyright and privacy): acknowledged and assessed, with an outcome communicated, typically within five (5) business days of receipt.

6. Outcome

If we find that the content is unlawful or breaches our policies or the rights of the requester, it is removed. We will inform you of the outcome of your request where you have provided contact details. Where a request is declined, we will explain why, so far as we are able.

7. Copyright (DMCA-style) requests

If you believe content infringes your copyright, include in your request: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material and its location; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

8. Record-keeping

We keep a record of complaints received, our assessment and the action taken, consistent with our legal obligations and data-protection law.
