Anti-Slavery & Anti-Human-Trafficking Statement

Godshack production, s.r.o. (the “Operator”), operator of AngeloGodshackXXX.com (the “Website”), maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and all forms of sexual exploitation. This statement sets out our commitment and the steps we take to ensure that such conduct has no place in our business or on the Website.

1. Our commitment

We are firmly committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our operations. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person. We are equally committed to ensuring that every person appearing in content on the Website participates freely, consensually and as an adult.

2. Consent and adulthood of performers

Every person depicted in content on the Website:

• was at least 18 years of age at the time of production, verified against government-issued identification and retained under our 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping procedures;
• participated voluntarily and provided documented, informed consent to both the recording and its distribution;
• was free to withdraw at any time.

We do not publish content where there is any indication of coercion, deception, debt bondage, trafficking, or that a participant is not acting of their own free will.

3. Prevention and due diligence

We take the following steps to prevent trafficking and exploitation in connection with our content:

• identity and age verification of every performer before any content is published;
• documented consent and model-release records for every production;
• pre-publication review of all content, as set out in our Content Moderation Policy;
• due diligence on any partner or producer that supplies content;
• a reporting channel through which anyone can raise concerns.

4. Reporting concerns

Anyone who suspects that content on the Website depicts trafficking, coercion or exploitation, or that a depicted person did not consent, should contact us immediately at support@angelogodshackxxx.com. Reports are treated seriously and confidentially. Content that is the subject of a credible report is removed pending review, and confirmed cases are handled under our CSAM & Illegal Content Procedures and Law Enforcement Contact Guidelines.

5. Escalation and cooperation with authorities

Where we identify or are notified of credible evidence of trafficking or exploitation, we remove the content, preserve relevant records, and report the matter to the competent law-enforcement authorities in accordance with our Law Enforcement Contact Guidelines. We cooperate fully with lawful investigations.
