Law Enforcement Contact Guidelines

Godshack production, s.r.o. (the “Operator”), operator of AngeloGodshackXXX.com (the “Website”), cooperates with law-enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law. These guidelines explain how law-enforcement officials may contact us and how we handle their requests.

1. How to contact us

Law-enforcement requests should be sent to support@angelogodshackxxx.com, addressed to the Legal / Compliance team, from an official law-enforcement email address. Requests should identify the requesting agency and officer, provide official contact details, and describe the information sought and its legal basis.

2. Legal basis for disclosure

As a company established in the Czech Republic (European Union), we disclose personal data and other information only where we are legally permitted or required to do so, including under the GDPR and Czech law. We generally require valid legal process — such as a court order, warrant, or a lawful request from a competent authority — appropriate to the data sought. Requests from authorities outside the Czech Republic are handled in accordance with applicable mutual legal assistance procedures and EU law.

3. Emergency requests

Where a request concerns an emergency involving a risk of death or serious physical harm to a person — including the safety of a child — we will act expeditiously and may disclose information on an emergency basis to the extent permitted by law. Emergency requests should be clearly marked “EMERGENCY” in the subject line and explain the nature and immediacy of the risk.

4. Information we may hold

Depending on the matter, we may hold account registration data, transaction records processed via our payment provider, access and upload logs, and 18 U.S.C. §2257 records for published content. The specific data available depends on our data-retention practices set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Preservation requests

We will honour valid requests to preserve specified records pending lawful process, for the period permitted by law.

6. Proactive reporting

Consistent with our CSAM & Illegal Content Procedures, we proactively report suspected child sexual abuse material and other serious crimes to the competent authorities and relevant hotlines, and preserve associated evidence.

7. Notice to users

We may notify affected users of a law-enforcement request for their data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so, or where notice would be counterproductive (for example, in cases involving child safety or an ongoing investigation).
